Your project will be quantity surveyed and costed free of charge  from your plans  with scope to increase or decrease the specification as you see fit. Once you are happy with the price, plans and specification a clear and easy-to-read Certified Builders Contract is signed enabling your project to really kick off! Sandford Developments Ltd can arrange all permits including the more difficult task of obtaining any Town Planning approvals, Resource Consents and will liaise with Engineers, Surveyors, and Councils - packaging the entire project into a simple form for your approval.

 

Quality Construction 

Once construction starts, you will only have to deal with a single point of contact despite there being lots of suppliers, tradesmen, professionals and council staff involved in your project. Your personal Project Manager will oversee and steer your project from turning the first sod of soil, right through to complete council sign-off. Quality work and adhesion to plans are paramount to us and vigorously controlled during construction. You will be routinely kept updated of progress so you can have peace of mind that your project is being well executed without disrupting your regular job and daily living.
