Sandford Developments Ltd is a residential and Small Commercial building company servicing the Central, North Shore, Rodney, Eastern and Western Areas of Auckland.

 

Established by Brett Sandford, their principal focus is delivering customer satisfaction, not only in the finished project but also in the conduct with which the project is carried out. Professionalism, Communication, Honesty and Quality Workmanship, along with a thorough quotation process enable projects to run smoothly and with minimal fuss.

 

Sandford Developments Ltd carry out renovation type projects with varying degrees of budget and complexity. From minor alterations to full house renovations, Sandford Developments Ltd has the expertise to assist you in achieving your project objectives. Brett began his apprentiship with a well know builder who specialised in renovating and redevelopment of high-end sites in the Herne Bay, St Marys Bay, Westmere and Ponsonby areas of Auckland. In the gallery you will see pictures of some of the projects he has worked on. After Qualyfing as a Carpenter he went out on his own and started contracting as a Project Manager and Builder for homes that some were valued from $2.0m or more.
